For any Order made outside of France, the delivery costs indicated on our site and on the Order confirmation are an estimate only. This is the best estimate that Fabricejuan can give. This estimate may be subject to additional charges related to the carrier, the delivery address, or a non-standard size. If necessary, Fabricejuan’s customer service will contact the Customer.

For orders outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted from the amount of the Customer’s shopping cart after the Customer has filled in his/her billing details at the time of validating the cart. Customs duties are not included in the sales prices. The Customer will have to pay them upon receipt of the Order.

Items will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

The orders will be delivered to the customer by the Chronopost transport companies. The order will be considered delivered when the carrier has given the package to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery note. The customer must check the condition of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomaly on the delivery note.

The maximum delivery time is 5 to 20 working days (provided that all the products in the order are in stock).

Orders will be shipped to the customer within 3-4 days (business hours) from the order confirmation. No shipments or deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping address and the total volume of products ordered. If you change the shipping address after placing your order, the shipping costs may change.

We will contact you as soon as your order will be ready according to the availability of the products indicated at the time of your order. For items in stock, the delay is 3 to 5 working days. For the articles on order with delay, this last one is indicated on the page of your article and in the email of confirmation of order. We advise you not to move before having received the email indicating the reception of your order.
Orders can be picked up from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm in our Showroom : 350 rue Saint Honoré – 75001 Paris – France.

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt or withdrawal of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of the return costs, if any. When the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended to the next business day. Fabricejuan recommends that the Customer who wishes to exercise his or her right of withdrawal inform customer service by e-mail by downloading the sample cancellation form available here.

However, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal excludes goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

The return of the product(s) shall be made in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories and documentation, in perfect condition for resale, with the indication of the order number to which the products relate. The product must be returned in a packaging designed for this purpose, not allowing the identification of the product (postal package, bubble envelope, kraft paper, …). Returned products travel at the expense and risk of the Customer. Any damaged, incomplete or missing product, or any product whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the Customer. Fabricejuan recommends that the Customer return the products with a recommendation or additional insurance guaranteeing, if necessary, compensation for the products at their actual market value in the event of spoliation or loss of the package(s).
